Why many flashmakers and other people hates Youtube?

Youtube is full shit. I only use it to hear some song now and then.
But nowdays I can't find shit. I search for the damn music video but all I found is fucking amateurs TRYING to play the damn song, or it's covers by other bands.
It's even worse than before, now it's filled with ads too.
But YTP always makes me happy ^_^
YouTube is full of idiots and the Admin are Copyright Nazis.
All Newgrounds submissions are the authors work.
Most Youtube submissions are not the authors work or somebody else's work just edited a little.

It does only make the people more popular if they are credited appropriately, which they are not in most cases on Youtube.
Also the Youtube community sucks.
